To purchase an artwork through us the buyer needs to keep in mind the following terms for purchase.

1)  The buyer must raise an enquiry by pressing the ENQUIRY button given below the artwork he/she wants to procure.

2)  Our team will get in touch with the buyer and guide the buyer in fulfilling the formalities required for purchase of the artwork.

3)  The buyer must make full 100% advance payment of the amount mentioned in the invoice in order to acquire the artwork of his/her choice.

4)  Shipping, taxes and other duties levied on the artwork must be paid in full by the buyer in advance in order to get the acquired artwork delivered to the buyer’s address. 

5)  The provenance and authentication of the artwork provided by indianmasterpainters is based on available documentation from past owners. Although the identity of previous owners cannot be disclosed, indianmasterpainters believes that the provided provenance and authentication certificate provided offers the best record of the artwork's pedigree at the time of the invoice. It's important to note that indianmasterpainters holds no legal responsibility for any future changes to the artwork's authenticity & provenance after the sale has been completed.

6)  Any disputes that may arise between any buyer and indianmasterpainters are subject to the jurisdiction in the courts of Kolkata (Calcutta) West Bengal, India.
